Fluid Level Sight Glasses are Explosion Protective
GN 743.6 Metric Sized ATEX Explosive Protective Fluid Level Sight Glasses are RoHS-compliant, and are suitable for use in explosion risk environments. The sight glasses have a body of turned aluminum, bright finish, an ESG scratch-proof glass sight glass, a stainless steel retaining ring, and a seal of FPM rubber (Viton®).

These sight glasses are sealed with an O-ring on the periphery and not on the face edge of the glass. Leak tightness is therefore not affected by axial pressures. The seal is housed in a groove and therefore cannot be lost. Meanwhile, this groove prevents the seal from being extruded when the sight glass is tightened. The location of this seal also allows the use of a softer Elastomer, guaranteeing better and easier sealing. Cold/heat resistance range is -20°C (-4°F) to 150°C (300°F).

Hinges in Stainless Steel Stand Up to Rough Conditions
GN 237-NI Stainless Steel Hinges with Countersunk Thru Holes from J.W. Winco, Inc. are RoHS compliant and tolerate harsh conditions. Both the hinge body and pin are constructed of stainless steel. A zinc die-cast version with black powder coated textured finish is also available. For certain minimum quantities, an aluminum version of the hinges is offered upon request. Various metric and inch size fasteners and kit packages are available upon request.

Stainless Steel Door Locking Mechanisms Offer Economy, Quality

GN 115-NI Metric Size Stainless Steel Door Locking Mechanisms are RoHS complaint, economically priced, and offer a straightforward locking action rather than a locking and clamping action. The mechanism is mounted through a hole from the front and fixed with a hex nut in the back. By turning the lock, limited to a maximum of 90 degrees, the latch is moved behind the frame, preventing opening of the door.

All components are made of stainless steel. The mechanisms are available with star knobs, or triangular, square or double bit key configured spindles. A choice of nine differently shaped catch plates provides a range of latching distances from 6 to 28 mm (.236 to 1.10 inches). Locks are supplied unassembled, and keys are ordered separately.
